Visiting the Wizarding World of Harry Potter in Orlando was an annual summer tradition for my family, creating cherished memories. One of my absolute favorite aspects, as evident, is the delightful array of sweets concocted by J.K. Rowling, with Butterbeer standing out as a true gem! I find joy in making it every time we watch a Harry Potter movie and even on days when I need an extra dose of cheer in my life!
What you Need:
Creme Soda
4 TBSP Butter
1 Cup Dark Brown Sugar
¾ Cup Heavy Whipping Cream
1 TBSP Vanilla
1 tsp Salt
Whip Cream
Instructions:
Butterscotch Syrup:
Melt butter in a pan.
Mix in Heavy Whipping Cream and Brown Sugar.
Stir for a few minutes and add in Vanilla and Salt.
Bring the ingredients to a boil.
Once it reaches a boil, remove from heat and transfer to a glass jar or container.
Drink Mixing:
Pour creme soda into a glass.
Add 1 tablespoon of Heavy Whipping Cream and 2 tablespoons of the Butterscotch Syrup.
Mix well.
Top it off with Whip Cream (you can make it with heavy whipping cream, and sometimes even add butterscotch syrup to the cream, or use Reddi-Wip).
Drizzle the butterscotch syrup on the Whip Cream, and you're all set!
