Horcrux Hunt

Embarking on a treasure hunt is always a blast, but why settle for fun when you can elevate it to a Horcrux Hunt? For our twist on the Triwizard Tournament, we traded mazes for a thrilling hunt, where teams could collect each Horcrux. The challenge included one physical Horcrux (Horcrux Collection) for the team that arrived first, along with three printed images and four clues at every stop. We let the kids loose, racing through the clues, and added a touch of authenticity with clues printed on weathered paper. The grand finale revealed the coveted Triwizard Cup at the last spot!

Clues



CLUES

  • This hunt is for wizards and witches too so listen up closely here's what you need to do. Each Horcrux is hidden to test your mind, but if you get them all eternal glory is what you could find! So reach for the stars and look for them too, that is where you will find the first Horcrux and clue. (Clue Destination: Playhouse with a telescope - Horcrux: Tom Riddle's Diary)

  • Tom Riddle's Diary, you found it alright, so onto the next horcrux you go. To find the ring, you must open a door I can't say anymore! (Clue Destination: Front Door by the Ring Doorbell - Horcrux: Resurrection Stone Ring)

  • The ring is now history, but hurry along. Find the oven you can bake a cake, real or not, whatever you want that will hit the spot! (Clue Destination: Toy Kitchen - Horcrux: Hufflepuff Cup)

  • You found it, the cup! Another one down, head to the spot Moaning Myrtle hangs around! (Clue Destination: Bathroom - Horcrux: Slytherin Locket)

  • Slytherin's Locket is a goner I hope, If you study in the next place you won't be a dope. But remember the restricted section is a big nope! (Clue Destination: Library- Horcrux: Ravenclaw Diadem)

  • Now that you have outwit Ravenclaw, the bronze and blue, Off with you to get the post to find your next clue! (Clue Destination: Mailbox - Horcrux: Nagini)

  • The snake has been beat, Head to where you gather to eat! (Clue Destination: Dining Room - Horcrux: Harry Potter)

  • The horcruxes have been found, all is well. This is the last clue to end the tale. The Triwizard Cup is hidden somewhere, that houses all the tools that keep these grounds beautiful and fair. (Clue Destination: Shed - Triwizard Cup)
