Magical Movie Nights

We make it a point to have a weekly date night, and brainstorming ideas can sometimes be a challenge. To add a creative twist to our evenings, I decided to elevate our two favorite movie series beyond mere binge-watching! For each of the Harry Potter movies and every installment of the Lord of the Rings Trilogy (Extended versions only in this house!), I crafted cards featuring a food suggestion, dessert idea, and an accompanying activity. After printing the cards, I color-coordinated envelopes, added charming stickers, and sealed them with wax! Now, on date night, it's a breeze for us to select an envelope, and voila – we have a pre-planned and exciting agenda ready to go!

Twine

Instructions:

• Print the Date Night Cards and cut them out. 

• Decide whether you'd like to buy stickers or print them yourself by following these instructions:

To create the stickers:

• Print out the PDF on Sticker Paper

• Add either a lamination sheet or sticker sheet on top.

• Cut the stickers using a Cricut machine or by hand.

Add the sticker for each movie to the front of the envelope.

Light the candle and melt your chosen color of wax.

Pour the wax and seal.

Once you've completed all of them, you can use twine to tie them together or simply store them in a secure spot for easy access on date night!
